Returns & Exchanges

We are sorry, you didn’t love your order but of course Maharaja’s Treasures can do a return within 14 days of the original order's arrival.

But if your returned items are shipped back to Maharaja’s Treasures past the return window, Maharaja’s Treasures reserve the right to reject the package and the return.

Earrings are final sale and not returnable, due to health and hygiene reasons.

Anything purchased with a special code or discount is considered a final sale and not returnable.

All items must be in unworn condition and must retain, intact and undisturbed security tags, labels, seals, stickers, or any other form of usage indicator that were in place on the merchandise when it was shipped.

In order to return or exchange the item please make sure it’s enclosed in its original packaging and has any documentation that it came with.

Please pack and ship the item in such a way as to adequately protect the delicate and fragile contents inside.

Returned items will not be accepted if they have been worn, don.t have their original packaging or that show signs of use. Items that are returned without their original packaging will not be accepted.

Sadly, the cost of the returns must be paid by the customer.

Maharaja’s Treasures is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipment.

You must obtain proof of postage until your return has been processed,, so that Maharaja’s Treasure can make sure your return is done ASAP.
